About Us

 Link Hands Uganda began in 2020 lockdown when Rev. Benard Mwesigwa sought a better way of giving helping the needy people in his community. Ever since he was a child, he dreamt of impacting people’s lives by involving everyone to see that we live in a better society where children have a right to better education, and medicare.

It is a non profit organisation which is focused to transform lives of needy people in Uganda to see that they live a better life. It does so through sponsoring children with education, providing better health care services by reaching out to people in need. About 15 people have benefited in our small businesses by giving them start up capital to venture or invest in businesses like selling second hand clothes, shoes, tailoring, selling groceries, and selling charcoal. This kind of small business is mostly given to mothers.

He realized that Christ’s love is perfect. We sought a way of extending Christ’s love to all people after reading 1 John 4:19 which says, “we love because he first loved us”
